Pleasant friendly staff.

Their was a power failure in Kenton so it spoilt our saturday evening but that was out of the hosts control. They did get a generator going for us.

"Great stay at Indigo"

I always love staying at properties managed by The Oyster Collection. Indigo is very comfortable with lovely furnishings and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms large and have nice hot showers. They take care with attention to detail, such as providing beach towels and a bucket to rinse sand off ones feet before entering the house! The housekeeper was very good as well.

No view from the house really and the road entrance into the house is muddy / dusty due to a house reno next door.

"The facilities are great. But the customer service was lacking."

The accommodation is beautiful and fully kitted with everything you could ask for. It is serviced daily and the pool was welcome during the warm days.

The place next door (also owned by the Oyster Collection) is undergoing major renovations and the construction noise, which began before 8am, really ruined, what we had hoped would be a restful, peaceful vacation.

Staff were great; helpful, friendly, quick response. Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Spacious house. Nice to have pool towels and beach bag. Appreciate the toiletries supplied. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Kitchen missing a few things such as measuring jug, spatular. Would be helpful to have silver foil and cling film for guests use. Appreciated the extra spices, salt & pepper, olive oil. Workers across the road reparing it was a bit noisy.
