Cosy and Peaceful Maisonette with Terrace, Kidderminster

Perfect location, clean and well maintained.

Very large apartment, nicely fitted overall and good sized kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed with large sleeping area. Plenty of storage and kitchen space for my things and fully fitted with useful items. Clean sheets and towels on arrival washing machine in place. A bit expensive but it is a whole apartment as compared to a room and much more comfortable and self-sufficient than a B&B. Nice location I did have to park on the street but my car was fine for the 2 weeks I stayed. Owner very friendly and helpful accommodating and above and beyond checking in on you via text but leaving you to have your peace.

A few items were broken such as the drying rack, the owner made no indication of if I'm to clean my own elements such as towels or that she will so I just didn't know what to do (I just cleaned and she left me in peace which is nice and fine). The kitchen floor was very sticky when I arrived and I felt the whole house needed a deeper clean. Some share elements were not easily wiped or cleaned (ie the mats for the dining table) and that would be a nicer style to put in shared housing so i can wipe them with anti-bac wipes. The owner did need to access for a repair but she was friendly and helpful offering options and getting it done as quickly as possible.

Cleanliness, well laid out, plenty of storage, nice bathroom.

Appliances weren’t switched on and plug socket was behind washing machine, was difficult to get to. Blinds in bedroom were broken from previous visitor, need replacing as the light isn’t blocked out. The sofa is a bed with 3 cushions on which made it extremely uncomfortable when watching the tv

A bit of a lottery where to park but always found a space nearby.

The layout is modern and tidy and the host seems to have thought of everything to make your stay easier e.g. hairdryer, toiletries etc. The rooms seemed to be cleaned well for pet friendly accommodation. A cosy, large bed too!

We loved our stay but if we had to mention something it would be that the kitchen appliances could have been cleaner e.g. some plates were dirty and the kettle needed descaling. The parking can be tricky if you have alot of stuff to unload but that still wouldn't put us off.
