+ Large and spacious + Very well-equipped, especially the kitchen (You can find everything you need, and even more. You can feel at home there.) + Spotlessly clean + Large terrace + Stunning view from the window + Nice design + The host is communicative, responsive and helpful

- The parking lot belonging to the building is too small – you need a lot of luck to find a free spot. Outside of that, the only free parking is on the grassy roadside of Route de Vermala (coordinates: 46°18'55.4"N 7°28'56.3"E) - A freestanding shelf in the bathroom would be useful
