Very nice apartment. Cinzia was great with communication and helpful for our 3 night stay.

Just be aware that you don't have access to the ac unless it's classed as summer. Was very warm when we were there but depends on time of year for ac.

L’appartamento è veramente spazioso, luminoso e confortevole. Molto pulito e ben curato. Cinzia è stata veramente gentilissima dal primo momento fino all’ultimo in cui abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento, oltretutto abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con il checkout ma è riuscita comunque a venirci incontro e aiutarci. Se mai dovessi tornare a Ostia non ci penserei due volte a tornare in questo alloggio.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft noch vor der eigentlichen Reise nach Lido.Wir bekamen vorab Auskunft über Fahrpläne sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe👌🏻 Die Gastfreundlichkeit selber vor Ort ist unvergleichbar.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Unterkunft ist sauber ,zentral und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.Auch ohne Auto erreicht man alles in wenigen Gehminuten oder mit Bus und Bahn,wenn man in die nächste Stadt möchte..Wir waren mit der Bahn in 30min in Rom.Das Meer ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es ist eine Reise wert und wir kommen definitiv wieder ❤️

Man muss sich daran gewöhnen ,mit Mückenstiche aufzuwachen 🤣

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is bright, cozy, and full of charm. It had everything we needed — and even more! Cinzia welcomed us so warmly and gave us fantastic recommendations that made our trip truly special. She is a person with a big heart and great kindness, and we felt very cared for during our stay. Beautiful apartment, big, very clean, amazing location. Great communication with Roma- train, Fiumicino airport- bus. Sea and beach across the road. Cinzia is very helpful and nice 🙂 we enjoyed staying there with kids. We will come back !
