Very spacious apartment, the host is very helpful and welcoming, great location to have a rest near the sea and see Rome, 30 minutes via metro to Rome, 10 minutes to the beach. Apartment was ideal for our needs, well equiped kitchen, lot of towels, dish washer, washing machine. Hot water was available, but intermitently. We had a late flight and the host very generously let us check out at 14.00
