El alojamiento muy sucio, todas las instalaciones no funcionaban , se inundó el baño y nos cambiaron a otro apartamento igual de horrible. El personal nunca se puso a disposición con el inconveniente que han causado. No recomiendo en absoluto

The space

The apartment was dated and the toilet had some sort of pump attached that was very noisy every 5 mins which was inadequate. There were water leaks in the bathroom and kitchen.

The property was lovely and immaculate. The beds were comfortable and in a great location. Although a few extra cups in the kitchen would be great 👍

The reception was a long way from property, I had to walk there with 4 kids. Maybe install a drop box or arrange to meet at property would be better. The other property had a wild party that went on throughout the night.

No elevator

We never stayed in this location because the staff said it was "unavailable" at the moment and they upgraded" us to a bigger apartment. The new apartment was freshly renovated, that was the only positive thing about it.

- the staff seems friendly at first but are not responsive at all - when we came to the front desk the first time they told us to wait because our apartment is not ready. 2h nothing happens. Then I go back to ask and they say "sorry I forgot to message you, your apartment is ready, but it's not the one you booked"...unbelievable. No choice given, either take it or leave it. - we booked a beachfront apartment and got a noisy apartment in the center next to the train tracks with drunk people shouting through the night - the second bedroom was so small and the bed tiny for 2 people. Ridiculous to advertise that as 2 bedroom and big executive apartment - There was no wifi when we arrived and they took 2 Days to finally get wifi into the flat only after dozens of calls and me losing my temper - they gave us a complementary bottle of wine but there was no opener provided in the apartment. Ridiculous - stay clear of them, it's neither luxury nor a good a experience in any way. Any other place in Ostia is probably a better option.

It is very Close to the beach.

There were bugs and ants in the apartament, the furniture is dirty, the mattresses were very poor quality and the walls in one bedroom were broken. We paid a lot of money for 1 night, but the conditions were very bad.
