this property was beautiful, very clean, very spacious and welcoming, we had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in victor harbour

Location was great, convenient to all local shops/coffee/eating

Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds and seating. Great location.

Website photos did show a balcony and room with a combustion heater which we were hoping to use - however I think the accommodations are ground level only (may be wrong - we didn’t try unlocking the door to upstairs). If it is downstairs only, it would be good if this was more clearly explained and/or reflected in the accommodation listing. Honestly though, can’t fault it. We stay in high quality accommodations frequently - and this was definitely among the best of them. Fabulous hosts. Easy check in process. Very spoilt with breakfasts provisions and treats. Thank you!!

Excellent location, easy access to everything. Decor was great. Easy self check in. Fantastic breakfast option and loved the TVs in each bedroom.

No kitchen sink. Had to wash up in Landry tub. But this wasn’t a major issue.

Assortment of cereals, yoghurt, juice, muffins, milk, butter, variety of jams, chocolates, biscuits, cake bars, coffee, teas, sugar ….. I am impressed. From the location to comfort and cleanliness there is nothing to fault. The owners have covered everything and done it well.

Everything was amazing. They went above and beyond with the set up. So lovely. Great rooms, great area.

Not an issue for us, but if you were wanting to cook your own dinner, it's not really possible with the kitchen there
