"Místo úžasné, ubytování velmi skromné."

Poloha, dům, prostor v něm, místo, město... to vše skvělé, bezproblémový check in/out, parkování doporučuji na P1/ 7 eur/ den. Vzít si jen malé zavazadlo, s kufry velká dřina.

Vybavení základní, úroveň čistoty kuchyně 🫩. Opravdu by zasloužila renovaci, celé to plastové náčiní vyměnit. Pokud si budete chtít na místě připravit teplé jídlo, bude to prakticky nemožné. Ovšem nejslabší je koupelna, ta je skutečně ostudná, od rozbitých obkladů až po plastový závěsek a zašlé baterie. Škoda. Kam dát sušit osušky je mi záhadou.

"Great location to immerse yourself in history and still be close to wineries"

Great location in the Old Town. Really good to walk outside door and wander the streets, have coffee and walk to dinner. Washing machine meant we could clean our travelling clothes. Lots of room.

Linen and towels need an upgrade.

El pueblo de San Gimignano, la casa es bonita, antigua, y está bien ubicada. Tanto el pueblo como la ubicación en la Toscana y sus pueblecitos con encanto hacen de este lugar algo maravilloso.

La casa debería estar mejor cuidada, es una casa antigua y con encanto pero le faltan cuidados. Las paredes se deberían de reparar, el colchón y almohadas no son excesivamente cómodas, habían productos de limpieza pero la mayoría vacíos y podría mejorar la limpieza.

"Living like a local in the centre of San Gimignano."

The living room and bedroom are large and airy. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is in a beautiful little street very close to the centre of the old town.

The bathroom is very small. People in the street can be very noisy at times

We absolutely LOVED staying at Il Capitello! The location was really great and our host Susanna was very accommodating and responsive to all our queries. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the culture and village of San Gimignano.

"Location, location and no stairs."

Great location in the old town with no stairs! Just around the corner from the Piazza. Very roomy with a kitchen and fullsize fridge but limited cooking utensils.
