Loved this place!! Everything on the premises was solid and real Italian built. Lots of art work and vestiges of Italian tradition that charmed us from beginning to end. The close distance to San Gimignano centro only added to our highly enjoyable stay! The owner was great! Super warm and accommodating. She owns the whole building and I believe lives somewhere in the building so, she is always nearby in the event she is needed. Would definitely come back and visit this amazing property! Forgot to mention how clean everything was!

Size of apartment, beds and pillows were perfect, big size beds, quiet area.

Coffee machine would be great addition to this excellent apt.

We liked it was close enough to the centre. It was quite large to be honest for what we needed. We thought it had air-conditioning as we'd read it had heating this was our mistake. It was extremely hot in the home and really didn't cool till dark. We loved how it stated it had a coffee machine but a percolator is not a coffee machine & no coffee to go with it. For travellers we didn't have ground coffee on hand. This is a cool self contained apartment if you we're staying longer and wanting to cook at home. For ourselves we just wanted a room for the night so it was ok. Make sure to pack toilet paper as you only get 1 roll and no spare paper anywhere. So luckily we had a roll in the car for our road trip.
