Everything is new, very modern flat, big, comfortable, good equipment of the kitchen (coffee, sugar, oil, paper), in centrum historic, free parking in distance 400m but customer take your luggage to flat, AMAZING VIEV FROM BALKON, SUNSET,. FANTASTIK PLACE TO VISIT!!!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside.

Great view and apartment!

The VIEW! We spent both evenings admiring the view with a local vino and antipasta, total heaven. The apartment was lovely with a good sized, handy kitchen. Initially the host suggested I drive to collect the keys, 10mins away, though he then provided another option of getting them from a lockbox at the front door, which was way more convenient! The location was great, all of Montepulciano was walkable and easily accessible (be prepared for a lot of walking and lugging you luggage around on cobblestones).

Unfortunately, we didn't realise that using the washing machine, microwave and kettle at the same time would blow the power. We didn't hear back from our host, so needed to check-out with our wet clothes sitting in the washing machine. He was able to return power and collected our wet clothes before the next set of people moved it...

Absolutely stunning location - the view from the balcony is fabulous (you feel like you're in the countryside) and you're only 5 minutes walk from town. The house is beautiful and the car park that the host takes you to is only a few hundred metres away. The place had everything, the linen and bed were beautiful, the kitchen well equipped, and the wifi worked really well. We would love to come back.

The apartment was well facilitated and the views from the balcony were amazing (could have stayed inside or on the balcony to just enjoy the view!)

Having to take your rubbish with you.

Nice and cozy apartment with beautiful landscape view from small balcony located to the west where we have enjoyed sunsets with glass of local tasty wine. Apartment is well equipped, located very close to the city centre but on the quiet place.

It is not possible to come by car up to the apartment, since it is located in the ZTL (zone traffic limited). So you have to take your luggage from the nearby car park (approximately 200m). Parking was free of charge there. On the other hand host was very pleasant and he showed to us where exactly we can park our car to prevent any issues with the police.
