There are always individuals in society who think only about taking money without providing proper services. However, what truly surprises me is the people who have given positive ratings to this place. This is not a hotel; it is a residential house with no visible sign or identification. We arrived on a rainy night and struggled to find the location. When we called for help, it took a long time for the host to come outside, leaving us waiting in frustration. The listing showed a beautiful courtyard, but in reality, it was unusable due to a aggressive dog. Not only could we not enjoy the outdoor space, but the dog also approached our window aggressively, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was advertised as "fabulous," but it was far from good. The so-called "free internet" was actually limited to 4GB, which was completely inadequate for a family of four staying for five days. One of the rooms had a broken air conditioner, forcing all of us to sleep in one room.

A lovely, welcoming family-run place—clean, safe, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious! On our first day in Sri Lanka, Raja gave us so many useful tips that made our trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

1 mile away from Rathmalana Airport, this property is situated in a very calm and quiet environment.Host is very friendly and professional.Rooms are clean and foods are perfect.Will definitely reconsider in the future.

Rented all the rooms on the property: top floor has the 2 biggest apartment rooms, pretty spacious. But even the smaller room at the floor level was pretty spacious, and it has the biggest bed of them all. Aircon and ventilation worked properly

Wifi at the lower room wasn't the greatest, but it was ok for one night

The accommodation had beautiful gardens and was very clean. We were given a different room than booked which was very nice and the breakfast was more than adequate. The family were lovely.

During the late evening and early hours of the following morning we realised why we were given a different room further away from the main house. As the owners threw a big party, it may have been for Ramadan. However it made sleeping very difficult.
