Amazing experience. It felt like living in a celebrity mansion.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Super roomy and super clean and easy to find.

It is how it looks in the photos. It is very spacious. The view is amazing. It is a great place specially if you have a big family. It has a lot of houseware.

The spaces and the view. I appreciate that there was someone to greeted us when we arrived, she was super friendly and you could see the love for the city and the region as she explained to us what not to miss and must go places to visit.

Loved that we were able to stay in a fantastic apartment in Mt Gambier. Great place for a few couples or a few Mates. The host lives near the residence. He's Happy to Welcome you and show you through on arrival.

It's around a 5 minute drive and a long walk from the City Centre.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and enjoyable furnishings with every detail thought of throughout the townhouse. Provided was also, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits etc. Outstanding comfort, relaxing on a very clean lounge and soft rug that smelt fresh! Recommend by the host was Little Rippa Brewery which was fantastic, great food and drinks! Wished we’d been able to stay longer!

The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Master bedrooms must be king beds, the bed was horrible. 3pm check ins is just not a thing, I have never ever seen a 3pm check in and I travel a lot. The water pressure is poor, the hot water is even worse, I timed it at over 1.5minutes at times to get hot water to the tap, not to mention the drop outs of heat if anyone touches a tap or toilet. The owners live in the group of homes and were walking back and forth across our yard to greet new tennants. The owners don't want you to park in the driveway but don't supply you a shed button so you have to park, walk inside, press the button to the roller door then walk back to car and drive in. Same as leaving you have to have someone wait to close door or do it yourself. The owners are also keeping everything to rations, you only get a few washing pods, or dishwasher tablets, we even came close to running out of toilet paper and had to go back and forth from toilets to get paper. I get some ppl may steal this stuff, so supply cheap versions, versus tennants not having freedom. The grandfather clock waking you up every 1/2 hour is also not a great item to be in a rental. Please don't take this list as a negative but if we don't say they never know.
