A very modern and clean property with excellent facilities and a wonderful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The no through road ensured low traffic noise in spite of proximity to the nearby highway.

Everything is perfect, my 5-year-old kid especially loved the apartment. Will definitely recommend to friends, and I will book here if visiting blue lake next time. Appreciate the great accommodating from Marg.

There are no drawbacks at all. If have to say one, then if I can be allowed to check in at 2pm (currently 3pm) will be even better.

"We would definitely stay at Rosas again. Beds were like sleeping in a cloud."

Host thought of everything, even left light breakfast items for us to use, which was unexpected. Beds were super comfy and we felt that care had been taken with the property.

I really cant fault this property.

There was milk in the fridge and bread in the freezer. A stocked up pantry with cereal and muesli, canned soup, snacks, and other titbits. Also toys for my toddler to play with. Everything was clean, comfy, and homely. Loved every bit of it.
