"Awful, disrespectful cheats"

Awful, disrespectful cheats! Travelling with my 4 children, I had booked everything as required, and had a fully confirmed stay, including a personal message that they were expecting us. But the day before our arrival, I got a notificatjon that our stay had been cancelled. I IMMEDIATELY (like 1 minute later) sent a message back saying we did not cancel and that the reservation was still showing confirmed. They said it was already rented to someone else. (I assume they had found a longer stay or someone willing to pay more!!!) I asked in many ways that they at least cancel fully and make things clean on bookings. They were really odious over messenger and never bothered sorting things out. If you don't want your vacation to be cancelled at the LAST MINUTE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS PLACE. We have been travelling for the last 9 months non-stop around the world, and have NEVER encountered this kind of problem nor disrespect, and have never left a negative message till today!

It was such a pleasure staying at this apartment. Beautiful, big, clean and very good location. the view is amazing and the pool too. Fantastic. Jonny was super friendly and everything was super easy. Definitely coming back
