"Do not even bother"

Nothing. the room is horrible. pillow and towel were smelly. Not even a single piece of toilet paper, vanity is only a bottle of a very pathetic cheap soap

Absolute basic should have been there otherwise don't even bother put in the portal. Is the host expect you to wash just with water every time you uses toilet or bring along toilet paper?

The place comfortable. And big. Enough for a family of 5.

Process of check in a bit confiusing. Need to go here and there. For the first timer like us went to KL, it really difficult to understand the road.
