Not that clean..broken funiture n very hard to get back my deposit

The host very friendly and helpfull. The room was big and really comfortable. Easy check in instruction from the host. I think this is my second time booking a unit with him but with different unit. For staff coorperation and other issue inc access card issue they have improved.

The guard was not friendly but its not a big problem.

Thankfully there were a variety of restaurants and the prices were reasonable especially the chinese kopitiam. Also the LRT and the mall were nearby. Grab was easy to contact and knew our location.

False advertisement No sound proofing, No dishwasher, no pool since Aug 2024, TV not working. Cockroach infested. All mirrors were makeshift, cupboards doors were falling apart, Had a squatter feel to the place

Generous amount of space in the apartment, well-furnished and equipped essential kitchen necessities. Conveniently located beside the Ara Damansara LRT station providing easy access to public transport. A small variety of dining options as well as the Jaya Grocer supermarket available for your food/grocery needs. Evolve Mall does not have the lively atmosphere one might expect from its size, but is safe and secure with security guards on duty.

Navigating the designated parking lot on basement level 3 proved to be quite confusing, requiring several attempts to fully understand the layout, even with the helpful directions provided by the host. Pillows and bedsheets had some stains. Figuring out the toilet heater was a bit of a challenge and needed help from the host to clarify its operation. No curtain in the shower area, affecting privacy and comfort during use. Wiring for the Wi-Fi modem and router was untidy, with the two devices sharing a single outlet. The extension plug used for this setup was prone to coming loose, requiring frequent re-plugging to restore the Wi-Fi connection. Noise from the nearby LRT could be heard, but was manageable and did not significantly affect my stay.

It’s a simple yet huge place. It has all the necessities that we need like a kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer even though we don’t need it cos we stayed for a couple of days.

The toilet can be improved a little. Add a curtain to keep the water in the shower area. Additional towels would come in handy. We had to use 1 towel for the floor.
