The property itself is decent, and its location above Imago Mall is definitely a plus. However, I would like to comment on the hosting experience. As a frequent traveller who stays in hotels, homestays, and Airbnb properties regularly I was quite disappointed with the level of communication from the host. There was very little flexibility when discussing the possibility of an early check-in. I understand that there are specific check-in times and that hosts need time to prepare the property but better communication and consideration towards guests would greatly improve the overall experience. To achieve a truly 10/10 rating, I believe the host should take guest feedback seriously and strive to be more responsive, accommodating, and guest-oriented. With some improvements in hospitality and communication, the experience could be much better for future guests.
