The only positive aspect of this property is its location and the availability of a shuttle van to the ski resort!!!!

Our stay at this hotel apartment was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, the apartment was visibly dirty. The floors were dusty, the inside of the closets was unclean, and there was dust on the radiators. Basic cleanliness had clearly been neglected. Although a cleaner came after we complained, this is something that should have been properly handled before guests check in, not after!!! All the cleaning products had been diluted with WATER instead of actual detergent, which is unacceptable !! On the first day, there were no coffee capsules provided at all. The kitchen equipment was incomplete and insufficient for a unit advertised for up to six people. There were only two mugs, three wine glasses, and four teacups available. In addition, there was only one power outlet in the kitchen, which is highly impractical. We also needed a plug adapter to use the hairdryer in the bathroom, but none was provided in our apartment. The dining chairs were metal and uncomfortable. For a group of 4–5 people, only ONE KEY was provided, which created unnecessary inconvenience. The Wi-Fi did not work AT ALL, and reception made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue. The parking was also misleading. The listing stated that free parking was included. However, the manager told us that parking is only for hotel guests and NOT for the apartment units, which contradicts the advertised information and is simply not correct.

Tutto....veramente perfetto, alloggio super fornito di tutto, arredato benissimo, silenzioso pur essendo in centro,personale reception super disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta...Consigliatissimo ...torneremo sicuramente....

Location and the apartment was super. Also, the minibus to the sportinia lift in the morning was a bonus!

My only very minor feedback was only 1 plug socket in the kitchen to service a kettle, toaster and microwave. Not a complaint, just constructive feedback.
