Property was in good position, beds were comfortable

One of the apartments we had did not have an oven and the bath drain, drained very slowly. Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils etc and fridge door needed fixing.

Close to shops/restaurants. Quiet location. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and organised taxi/ski passes for us from the hotel.

No hot water in the afternoon to take a shower after skiing! Hot water tended to be hot only in the morning. The shower leaked so floor/bath mat was always wet. Also the shower head was not the best! Not enough sockets and the ones that were there were half way up a wall with no table to be able to charge things on. Could have had some spare blankets as nights were a little cold. Radiators are controlled by the hotel but apartment was always warm. One of the radiators in the rooms leaked so couldn’t put items near them as rusty water would have ruined the clothes. Also there was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which was in the bathroom.

Mini bus to lift - it's not too far from the lifts but is a bit uphill, and if you have kids the minibus is very useful. Breakfast was pretty good value. Staff friendly. Comfy bed.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. There was only two of us, so it was good for us. I think it would be a bit cramped with 4 or even 6 (there was a sofa bed in the living room). 2nd bedroom also had no windows.
