Ladeira Loft - City & Sea View

Appartement lumineux, confortable, très bien aménagé, très propre. Il est idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville et des points d'intérêt de Ponta Delgada. Et la petite terrasse est très agréable. La communication avec les propriétaires a été très facile. Je recommande cette location.

A very modern apartment in the city center with great view out to the sea and part of the harbour. You can watch the boats coming and going. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom.

It was not a problem at all, but be aware you need to climb to the second floor with your luggage and parking is up or down a steep hill.

very spacious, comfortable apartment that had everything we could wish for. nice views and super centrally located to explore the city by foot. we did have a car and were always able to find street parking near the apartment without any issues. owners are super welcoming and quick to respond to any messages. we would stay here again if we’d return to this beautiful island.

I get that in a rental, a LOT of different people (and body types) sleep there, but the bed was way too firm for my liking. Otherwise, just great.

This apartment is amazing, spacious, has everything that you need for your comfort. Location is also very convenient to reach everything you need in the city within 5-10 minutes. I especially appreciated the webpage prepared by hosts that contained all relevant information: from key pick up to local sightseeing.

Very comfortable large apartment overlooking the harbor. .Short walk to shops restaurants bars. Great walks along the harbor. We felt so relaxed and chilled in the apartment and would visit again.

The shower temperature was quite hard to control.
