Showers drained very slowly. Only 1 kitchen towel and no paper towels provided. I asked twice and response was “look in cabinets.” I responded that there weren’t any and got no response to that. Vincent seemed more concerned about my check out time than making sure that we were happy. Low beam in upper bedroom should be painted in different color to prevent nasty head bonks. Baby crib should be out of sight. Wall cabinet door kept falling open. Would not come back here.

The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything we need including pool towels.

You have to climb stairs to the second level and to the attic with suitcases (seniors). The main bathroom had a bad smell. Sometimes it was hard to find parking spot. Spoke to Mr. Andre’ Vicente on July 31/23 about the mattress on the attic level and he said he would Called me on Tuesday Aug. 1/23. He never did.Central air on the main level is located in the kitchen and the living room only.
