Nice apartment with a view. We really appreciate washing machine. It was really useful. Parking wasn’t possible in front of a house since it was always full but you can park on a street very near to the house.

The couch for the third person is not really big. It’s not foldable but it was comfortable to sleep on finally.

Well equipped appartment. Nice and clean. Right next to a mini supermarket and a café. In a quiet village which is a great place to explore the North of Madeira. Easy to enter and leave at any time.

There are parking places just in front but these are taken by the locals as they come to the café and supermarket (although it is easy and safe to park on the street in front). The apartment was clean for sure but there was a smell on the bathroom which is never nice (although it was written about it on the bathroom and what to do about it). Got (too) many (long and automated) whatsapp and messages from the host. Simplify that would be my advice

We found the place okay, but twice we had issues with the parking. The owner/manager responded quickly, but we ended up parking on the road. The view from the deck really didn't match the picture, which is what sold the place for us when choosing this unit our 4th on Madeira. The bed was comfortable but not the sofa bed, and there were no sheets for it. There wasn't enough hot water for a bath but plenty for a decent shower, but as advised, be careful as it is very hot at first. Good midway place to explore the north of Madeira Island, which is a beautiful place to visit!

Great place to stay and relax right next to local supermarket and bar. Very happy with the service - requested early check in and got fast response from owner. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. Recommended!

Place was equipped with everything we need and clean. We were guided well how to collect the keys and what should and should not do.

Lot of mosquitos and November is not a good month to stay in this town. Ofcourse there is a grocery store right next but no restaurants open after 8 and when we are too tired to go far. Even though parking was available, the cars parked in a way that we did not have space for ours and ended up parking in the streets.

The size of rooms is only for 3 person (requested is for 4) = sleeping in fold=out sofa for 2 persons is out of standard, I think. Comunication with owner is only via w.a. in the beginning and in the end (only automatic message about process of starting and leaving)- no interest during our 11 days to confirm the status (I didn't contact him also)

the parking place is limited for 4 cars (visitors in the house is more 6-7 families). True is, you can park in the road near to house (max 50 m). the parking places is used also for others (shop and bar visitors)

It was clean and had parking places. A grocery store is just next to and the apartment is quite big for the money we payed. It also has a nice view.

We arrived late so we didn’t know that in Madeira you can just park your car in the middle of the street. So we called the host, but he didn’t pick up, even if he knew the time we would arrive and sent us a message that we can call if we need something. Also there is a bit of a smell in the bathroom.

The location is very quiet, nice views, coffee shop and a small supermarket literally just around the corner. The house was clean, well equipped.

The parking is limited due to some half broken down cars left behind, but your car can be left along the street.
