The host is absolutely useless. I've asked a question and got the answer when it wasn't needed or even better I've asked for WiFi password on 2nd day from 4,still on departure I haven't get it

This was in great proximity to the Focus mall and Palmiarnia. I appreciate that smart TV in the living room as well as the beverage options already in the room.

The automated blinds on the window did not function properly and I couldn’t manage to turn on the towel rack.

It was very easy to check in and out, the host provided us with the code. The place is very clean, cozy and inviting, tastefully decorated. We enjoyed all the amenities including (paid) secure parking. The location is very nice, right next to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, downtown, and a big mall. It was a nice touch of them to leave some water and beer, very welcoming. There is plenty of dresser storage, but not to hang clothes.

Unfortunately, every time we left the apartment with the entry card the electricity would turn off, and with that fridge with all your groceries. Also, there were some misunderstandings about parking. When we reserved the apartment, the ad stated free parking. Prior to our arrival, we contacted them to verify that but no mention was made about free parking, only secured one on-site, $10/day. As we stayed with them for 11 nights, that is another $100 (at the end they gave us one day free) we did not expect to pay. We also expected an apartment with a balcony as per pictures during the reservation. We were provided with a similar one but not quite what we reserved. The sleeping arrangement is not the best for 2 people, the bed is smaller than the queen size.
