Lage war sehr gut und Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt kann für 5€ am Tag gebucht werden. Das empfehle ich auf jeden Fall, es ist sehr günstig und sicher.

Das Appartment hat auf den Bildern im Internet einen modernen, hellen Eindruck gemacht und hatte sehr gute Bewertungen (was ich im Nachhinein nicht nachvollziehen kann). An sich ist das Appartement auch schön, aber Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind vernachlässigt. Die Matratze ist durchgelegen, die Möbel, Küchenaustattung und Handtücher sind grenzwertig. Bei der Lampe ist der Schirm weggefallen und wurde nie ersetzt, es hängt eine nackte Glühbirne überm Esstisch. Vor allem aber hatte die Heizung Probleme, wir hatten morgens im Bad unter 18 Grad im Winter, was zum Duschen nicht angenehm ist. Auch die vorgeschlagene Lösung, die Klimaanlage zum Heizen zu benutzen, hat nicht geholfen, da diese 2 Zimmer vom Bad entfernt installiert ist. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock über der Eingangstür. Diese ist schwer, aus Metall und Glas. Jedes Schliessen der Tür war wie ein Gewehrschuss. Man sollte einen Dämpfer bei der Tür einbauen. Der Balkon geht zum Innenhof, wo sich unzählige Mülltonnen befinden. Im März war schon ein Müllgeruch in der Luft, ich weiss nicht wie dieser Geruch in der heissen Jahreszeit sein wird.

È stato molto accogliente, quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la camera calda nonché abbiamo potuto usufruire anche della pompa di calore, sul tavolo ci hanno fatto trovare un pacco di patatine e una bottiglietta di acqua come benvenuto, togaglie, abbiamo potuto usufruire anche della lavatrice, molto comoda anche per chi volesse cucinare, TV, e un frigo ,c'era anche uno stendino dove poter stendere la biancheria e uno stiratore con un ferro da stiro. Non mancava nulla, ottima anche la posizione proprio al centro di Sesto Calende ,siamo rimasti davvero contenti e soddisfatti. Consiglio davvero😘❤️

Struttura molto accogliente e in ottima zona in pieno centro. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

The only complaint I have is the comfort of the pillows, but that is a common problem everywhere.

The location could not have been better. In center of town with easy access to restaurants and train. Steps away from the lovely Ticino Riverwalk.

Potential customers should know the monolocale is located above a restaurant, and there is much noise late into the night and early in the morning when garbage and recycling is managed. I have written personally to the owners my suggestions for making the property a better value.
