Place was just what I needed for my stay and the host was absolutely amazing to me.

I was happy with everything

Both apartments were absolutely stunning! There was everything we needed, including hair dryer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee pods, biscuits, olive oil, spices etc. There are 3 verandas in each and the main veranda has table chairs and sun loungers! The view of the mountains is beautiful! The beds were very comfy and the blinds kept it dark for sleeping. They are spotless and clean throughout. There are restaurants just downstairs. I highly recommend the sushi restaurant. The host is very friendly and helpful and always answered any questions straight away. She showed us how to get to a river path into Sesto calende which was lovely. It's a small town, but a perfect base to explore nearby destinations by train. Arona, Stresa, (and the Islands by boat) Varese, and Lugano in Switzerland are all easy and cheap to get to and well worth visiting. Thank you so much for an excellent holiday!!

The road isn't very pretty, but the river path is very close by.

The apartment is excellent - spacious and modern, with everything you need. The balcony is that extra 'wow factor'. Parking is free and easy and choice of restaurants and supermarket close by.

The wifi did not work for the duration of the stay. The location is great for being in a vibrant place with lots to do in the area but the trade off is that it can be noisy. Also the soundproofing of the apartment isn't great, so if like me you are unlucky to have inconsiderate neighbours this could be a problem.
