Ubicació i tranquil. Apartament és bàsic però funcional.

Sols un armari quan hi havien dos habitacions. Les finestres no són de climalit o similar per aïllar de soroll i del fred. En una habitació les cortines no eren opaques per evitar que entre la llum quan es fa de dia. Faltaria més manteniment.

Honest review There are several apartments owned by different people (which explains the wide range of reviews). We booked through Booking, and our room was very clean. • A well‑maintained kitchen with a microwave and a clean fridge • A very clean shower • A packaged sponge and a towel were provided in the kitchen • The bed sheets were clean, and there were extra blankets in the closet • Hot water in the shower with strong water pressure • Reply fast via WhatsApp +34 659 04 95 97 • Parking normally for 20/night but it was free !!! • Close by chairlift • Deposit 150 euro but no problem they give it back • 3 nights: 200/250 euro The heating was quite high, but it was actually nice to arrive in a warm room. The owner was friendly as well. We were only two people, but the room had space for six. It was big i think we received another one then the option studio :D I think you just need a bit of luck with the room they assign you… This was the cheapest option, and we didn’t regret it for a moment. The photos show what our room looked like: this was room D on the 6th floor. A small tip: even if you don’t ask for this specific room, the other rooms on this floor also looked great.

Boiler warm water is small

Tiene una excelente ubicación. Es cerca al telesilla del Parador. Así que se puede ingresar al parque mucho mas fácil. Tiene cerca algunos supermercados y el lugar incluso tiene ascensor. Tienen toallas y las camas estaban recién tendidas. Vi un comentario, acerca de los utensilios de cocina pero en nuestro apartamento había ollas y platos. No había aceite o especias pero tampoco es algo que deba tener el alojamiento. Parking Cubierto. 20 Euros el día. Mas económico que en el parque.

Se debe especificar las horas de llegada antes de reservar y los cobros adicionales que hay después de llegar a las 8pm. Además, no se especifica que se pagara una fianza proporcional a la estadía. En nuestro caso, 150 Euros. La cama era algo incomoda. Dormimos mejor en sofa-cama. Es una cuestión muy personal.

Frío. Calefacción no funcionaba. Mucha condensación por humedad. Paredes y suelo con agua.
