Host has not refunded the breakage deposit, after a whole month of following up, Jessica Roux has been ignoring every communication I have sent with regard to my refund.

An honest reflection is : The unit is cleaned (not well cleaned) but not well maintained and appears grubby The towels have stain marks on them and linen greyed with age The blinds were all broken! Microwave was not working There is mould in the bathroom The unit has a double bed then two single beds squeezed in a tiny room yet advertised as a 5 sleeper (nonsense!) Trying to maximise income from the unit. The unit needs to be revamped and everything replaced then turned into a 3 sleeper

Hi, I liked the fact that it was in an enclosed place. Having your own privacy. Your own parking and the pool were very close and not full either. It was also nice and quiet. Overall it was a nice stay and my family and I enjoyed it. Thank you very much

It was hot and an airconditioner would have been nice. Also the bathroom could have had a better ventilation or maybe an extra bathroom would have also been nice. Maybe a few coffee sachets and sugar would also have been nice on arrival. This is not major, but still a nice place to come and relax and enjoy with your family.

I loved everything about this place. The apartment was beautiful and very well put together. I loved the security of the place and that they were always friendly

I didnt like that the microwave was broken and couldnt heat food. I also didnt like the attitude of the residence and that they acted like we didnt belong.

We had to wait 2 hours to get code for the lock box. Bathroom full of damp, towel rail broken, doors dont close properly, wind howling all night

I loved everything the quietness the place kids enjoy the pool very much we had a good stay no complain was fun
