Seaview Modern Studio

Really clean, best swimming pool we had the entire trip (nice depth and decent size), large studio and we'll equipped (lovely to have a washing machine). They were very accommodating for our special requests and strange check in times too!

Location is okay, bit of a walk to the beach though, but it's handy enough for tuk tuks

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was the perfect space for our family, with plenty of room to kick back and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, which made cooking full meals a breeze. Plus, having a washing machine with detergent on hand was a game-changer for our longer trip. We loved the beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the balcony, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus too! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they met us right on time when we arrived. The map they provided made getting around so easy (just a tip: letting them know your arrival time in advance is a good idea).

The only tiny downside was the busy casino next door, which got lively in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us at all.

I must say that the experience was really positive, the apartment is charming and well-decorated, the owners are really nice and responded to our every request even at a late hour and were happy to help, definitely recommend!

Flat was clean,wifi worked good.

In a locals area,no tourist venues near, nearest decent bar/restaurant was 1.8 kilometres away, if you can get past the dogs,upstairs neighbour moves furniture every hour,shower went cold after 2 mins and at 50€ a night I should have booked a hotel. Alex nice guy but defo not for anyone that likes a area that's purely locals.

The studio was clean and quiet. The most attractive thing about the property was the washing machine! It was new and easy to use!

It was difficult to get to the facility! It wasn’t easy to find, as for google map as for the taxi driver! At the end, the manager has to wait an hour for me and i had to wait an hour for him, it wasn’t nice! Also, it’s far from everything! Even though the property was in a nice building, it was situated in a questionable area! I definitely won’t go back, not for the studio which was nice, but the city! Sihanoukville is horrible!

Located 1.5 km from anywhere, so you walk a lot. Wifi was dropping out a lot

It's very clean, modern, enough space, it has amenities to cook. The pool is great (sun the whole afternoon). You can enjoy sunset from the balcony. Olga and her assistant are very helpful. Great if you have to spend a few days in town.

The only thing I can suggest improvement on is to have a few more kitchen essentials like oil, salt and pepper.
