Tolle Lage . Schnell am Strand und ein Toller Seitenblick aufs Meer vom Balkon

Etwas hellhörig. Ein Backofen wäre toll, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war für mich das Parken. Rückwärts eine Steigung in einer Etagenverstellbaren Parkbox auszuparken war etwas aufregend . Aber ein Pluspunkt, dass vor Ort ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist und mit Fahrstuhl und kurzen Wegen das Apartment zu erreichen ist
