Péra Skopelos - Péra ex Maistros

Natasa our host was so lovely and friendly. She picked us up from the port and squeezed the 4 of us and our luggage into her Fiat Punto! Lovely touches such as a basket of home grown produce including honey, olives tomato, cucumber and pepper. Natasa was responsive if I messaged about anything during our stay. The room was lovely with an amazing sea view and view of the town across the bay. Really special. A separate main bedroom, mezzanine floor with 2 beds and separate living area. Small balcony with table and chairs, ideal spot for breakfast. 10 to 15 minute walk into town with tavernas and bars along the way. Handy bus stop to beaches in the town. The pool area was quiet- no need to fight over sunbeds! And this was in high season. We loved it and wished we were staying longer!

The balcony got really hot and sunny from midday and we couldn't have a parasol as we were top floor (a safety hazard if windy). The pool discoloured light swimwear, I guess due to whatever cleaning stuff was used.

The location of the property was just perfect for us - comfortable walk into town and quieter. The pool was a real bonus - no fighting for sunbeds here! Natasha welcomed us at the port and supplied us with home grown fruit and vegetables as well as some essentials like olive oil. Natasha was flexible, letting us drop our stuff and spend time at the pool before check in. She was on hand for anything we needed, loaning us beach towels etc. The apartment is more than enough space for a family of 4 and the view from the balcony is lovely. Comfortable beds, good shower and regular cleaning. The island is very friendly, safe and relaxing. There are many stunning beaches to visit as well as some Mamma Mia sites. The bus on the island can take you to almost all places, but we hired a car for a day to see the church. We found staying in Skopolos Town best for the variety of shops and restaurants. We’d return!

Rolig beliggenhet, rent og pent. God plass til familie på 4, men mulighet for 5-6 ved bruk av sovesofa. Fint bassengområde, kort vei til by og strand. Veldig hyggelig med velkomstpakke med godsaker fra lokale produsenter. Lokalt øl var høydepunktet!

Natassa the host was incredible making two trips to the port to pickup both us and our luggage. She left us a wonderful pack with the most amazing honey and the best olives we have had from her father's grove in Kalamata. The view from our balcony was incredible and a beautiful sight to wake up to. The accommodation was great and would fully recommend it to a couple or a family travelling here. Natassa made us feel more like family than guests.

We had a very nice stay at Pera. The view from our balcony was great, our son loved the pool and we were welcomed by a very lovely hostess. We even got a welcome bag with local goodies - highly appreciated 😍

The walk to the town was a bit long - on the other side, it made morning runs possible and beautiful by the side of the sea.

Mold in the bathroom, no a/c in loft area (meaning 2 out of 5 family members could not sleep because of the heat), problematic a/c in living room which was replaced on the 4th day of our stay after contacting the owner twice. We expected a higher standard of maintenance and responsiveness (the property is run-down). Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay. We paid the full amount for a property that was advertised as fully equipped and comfortable — but did not receive what was promised.

The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have a lovely pool with sun beds. The lady who runs this (Natasha) communicates at every stage, she arranged for us to be collected at the port by Makalis who was very kind and funny!! It is a flat easy walk into the town (a short but steep incline from the street up to the suite was ok for us as were are reasonably fit, others may struggle) and it’s a pleasant walk along the sea front. There are tavernas in a 5-7 minute walk and tons more in the town by the beautiful harbour. We had a fantastic sea view (see photos) and there was no noise. Air con worked well and a great little terrace/balcony for evening drinks and morning coffee. Natasha left us a bag of Greek goodies including home made jams which I brought home to try. Overall this was over of the best places we have stayed in Greece. Thank you
