location is amazing

Great location in the city centre, with almost all attractions within a few minutes' walk. The airport is also close by with a cheap, quick taxi ride. The host (Chrysanthi) was very nice and helpful, no problems with late check in. In addition to the great facilities of the apartment, there was homemade wine, fruit, cakes, mineral water, etc. waiting for us. She was open to help us in every question, even ordering a taxi in the day of departure to the airport.

The apartment was very comfortable, was in a central location and was very well equipped! Very comfortable with new air conditioning units and so clean! Chrysanthi was an amazing hostess - she is so kind and helpful! She stocked the apartment with all sorts of treats and was very helpful explaining things and gave some great recommendations regarding wonderful places to eat! We will definitely return next time we come to Heraklio! Thank you!

Crythanthi is a delightful person, a thoughtful and very generous host, and her apartment is comfortable and really well equipped.It has everything you are likely to need and is spotlessly clean. It really feels like a home, and she made me feel very welcome. She met me at the apartment (very late due to a delayed flight), helped with maps and directions, and recommended local restaurants. In the fridge were sandwiches, delicious figs from her garden and home made preserves!! Chrythanthi replied quickly to messages, helping to arrange a taxi transfer to the bus station. When the iron broke, she immediately offered to come with a replacement, so l left the apartment looking & feeling a million dollars!

“Christina” ensured we were met despite our flight being delayed and the taxi driver dropping us in the wrong spot. The apartment was exceptionally well kitted out with everything we would need and more. She is a very generous host.

The apartment although centrally located is in a much graffitied part of Heraklion.

Very comfortable for a family holiday. The host even provided us with 2 cribs. There is a washing/drying machine in the apartment that is super helpful when you travel with small kids. The homemade jams left for us were delicious.

We liked the fact that the apartment has two separate rooms, which is ideal for a group of friends or two couples or a family. The location is also ideal, in the city centre but also close to the port and/or central bus station (around 10-15 min walk from each). The best thing about the apartment is the fact that there is a washing machine, which also serves as a dryer and the lovely hostess provides you with all the essentials of a complete household (towels, detergents, hygiene products, an iron etc. and even small things for breakfast and coffee).

The neighborhood is very central and can look old with a few abandoned houses etc but that is the case for a lot of the parts of the city. It can also be noisy with the windows open. But if you keep them closed, there is no issue for a good night's sleep. The second room (with the double bed) could feel rather warm and humid without air conditioning at night.

I highly recommend staying at Comfi apartment Kleio! The host is such a genuine and hospitable person and with such a sincere smile and the apartment was equipped with everything you need.! The location is also top notch, with amenities nearby! Will definitely visit again! Thanks for everything!
