West Coast Beach Villa

The property exceeded all our expectations. Having been on many getaways I can say that West Coast Beach Villa is the most beautiful. Adelaide & Audrey were extremely helpful & kind. The home has everything & more that is needed for a comfortable stay & the view is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this property.

We recently stayed at a beautiful beach villa in St Helena Bay, and overall it was a truly memorable experience. The location is absolutely stunning – right by the ocean with breathtaking sea views and incredible sunsets. Sitting on the wooden deck, surrounded by natural coastal vegetation and looking out over the calm blue sea, is something special. The setting feels raw and untouched, adding to the charm of the West Coast. The beach has a calm, lagoon-like feel, which makes it ideal for relaxing walks and simply enjoying the quiet beauty of the surroundings. The sound of the waves and the peaceful atmosphere create the perfect escape from everyday life. The home itself is spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area flows effortlessly into the outdoor space, making it perfect for entertaining or just unwinding with family and friends while taking in the view. The villa is also well-equipped with thoughtful extras, including salt and pepper, a great starter kit, and plenty of clean towels and dishcloths, which made our stay more convenient. Adelaine and her team were excellent—always responsive, supportive, and available online whenever we needed assistance, which was truly appreciated.

There are a few areas that could benefit from some attention. The crockery and glassware show visible signs of wear, with some plates developing cracks after going through the dishwasher and a few mugs already chipped. Once crockery has fine cracks, water can seep in during washing, weakening the material over time and making it more prone to breaking, even with normal use. The glassware is also no longer in complete sets, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. We also found that the cutlery and dishes were not consistently clean after the dishwasher cycle, and we had to wash items by hand before use, suggesting that the dishwasher may not be functioning optimally. While a charge for broken glasses and crockery is understandable in principle, it feels somewhat unfair when certain items already show signs of wear and are more vulnerable to damage through no fault of the guest. In addition, the neighbouring house is very close, resulting in little to no privacy in the bedrooms, which means shutters need to remain closed most of the time. These points are shared as constructive feedback. The villa has great potential, and with attention to these details, it could offer an even more polished and comfortable experience for guests.
