Well equipped and clean kitchen, perfect for cooking breakfast before a busy day exploring the region.

The property is right on a busy road and was very noisy however the sound proofing of the windows was incredible. Apart from that, the location is pretty good.

Objekat ima sve sto je potrebno. Uredjen je sa ukusom i veoma je cist i komforan. Plaza je jako blizu,a u blizini je i veliki market,apoteka i giros.

Jedino sto fali je masina za pranje posudja.

Un ampio e bellissimo appartamento a 400mt dalla spiaggia, pulitissimo e davvero accogliente! La tua casa lontano da casa per davvero! Manos una brava persona, affidabile, gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità. Camere ampie e curate come anche il bagno. Cucina ricca di attrezzatura e spaziosa. Carino anche il balcone con affaccio su strada. Se come noi verrete in macchina, in cima la stradina potrete parcheggiare nel parcheggio privato di Thegaia. Tutto intorno qualche taverna, due supermercati molto forniti e la bella spiaggia attrezzata di lettini ombrelloni e bar di Rethymno! Il centro storico dista poco più di 2km. Posizione eccellente. It is very close to the sea and quite spacious. Plenty of parking spaces. No neighbors upstairs, very quiet office downstairs. Plenty of air conditioning units, each bedroom has one, and there is one in the living room. Very cosy. Internet works well. Also, we were allowed to check out a bit late, thank you! There are some board games and the owners left us some water in the fridge, there was also coffee, honey, some spices and jam.

There are some small inconveniences you may want to know about: the parking spot is not so close, there were no cutting boards or scissors, my spouse thought that the bed is not that comfortable and milk frothing in the coffee machine is not working (there is a milk frothing machine separately, but it does not heat the milk). Also, there is always traffic on the road, so it is noisy if you open a window or want to have coffee on the terrace. The kitchen lacks extra lighting of working spaces, so preparing food without daylight is a bit inconvenient.

It's a home away from home! This apartment had everything we needed:espresso machine, frappe maker, huge fridge and cooker with oven, full set of dishes and cutlery for at least of 4 people, coffee and tea and many more essentials for self catering holidays! The location is great, few meters away from the Rethymno beach, close to cafés and restaurants. Walk to city centre may take up to 25 minutes but it's a pleasure walk along the promenade.
