Appartamenti La Rocia

Piękny,czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Lokalizacja dobra w zależności od oczekiwań. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Cicha i spokojna okolica, idealne miejsce na aktywny wypoczynek. W pobliżu ścieżki spacerowe, aż pod sam masyw Marmolady.

La ubicación, ser una planta baja, la amplitud, tranquilidad de los alrededores, baño enorme que no tuvimos problema en compartir los 7 que íbamos, limpio, lavadora y secadora a tu disposición bajo el edificio etc.

Había una luz fundida en una de las habitaciones, hay que tener cuidado con un adorno con forma de sierra colgado de la pared del salón porque se cayó y estando con niños era peligroso asique lo quitamos durante nuestra estancia y lo colocamos al irnos. Sugerencia en vez de 3 tipos de cafeteras, y habiendo poco espacio de encimera para cocinar, pondría una sola cafetera y un microondas de fácil manejo porque el horno que hay bajo la vitrocerámica que tb debe ser microondas, era complicado de utilizar por lo que optamos por calentar leche en cazo. Por último habría que cambiar el suelo del piso de arriba de madera o poner algún aislante en el techo de la marmolada porque cuando bajaban las escaleras de su dúplex o cuando arrastraban sillas a cualquier hora no se podía dormir. Pero bueno todas estas pequeñeces no ensombrecieron a una anfitriona maravillosa, accesible, amable y solícita además de a un apartamento tan estupendo.

Perfect apartment for a family ski trip with multiple driving options to many ski locations.

Very well run. The host is very nice and helpful. Spacious rooms, nicely laid out.

Unfortunately the town is a bit dead at the beginning of summer and you have to drive to another town to do anything. Also if you have anyone staying above you, you will hear them all night

The location of the apartments is very nice, small Coop shop and a cafe is only 2 minutes walk from there. It was easy to find the place, thanks to clear description from the owner. Apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. In the beginning we were a bit cold due to centrally controlled heating, but the owner raised the temperature when we asked, so that was nice. We also appreciated washing machine and a dryer.

There was very very bad (most of the time non existing) wifi signal in the bottom floor apartment. Most of our stay we just gave up and used wifi only in the apartment on the first floor. Also we were missing some place to dry clothes and towels. We stayed during a ski trip and there was no heating/radiator in the bathroom (or anywhere in the apartment) to dry towels or clothes, which was not convenient at all.

Super clean, everything is almost brand new, the decor is very nice.

This is as described but keep in mind there is just one bathroom in the apartment. The village is super quiet, with very limited restaurant options nearby.
