Great place to stay! The host is amazing I do plan on staying there in the future! Great location to the city center.

I loved the attention to even the tiniest detail. Extremely clean and effort went into decor and amenities. .Pet friendly , even provided bowls for the pups under the kitchen sink! From bicycles in all sizes. Grills charcoal tools and lighter. Lint brush. Fully outfitted kitchen. Keyless building and room locks. Great accomodations. And I'm sure I'm forgetting more.

The location was great. The size of the unit was good. The kitchen was very well stocked, the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Very nice backyard although it was too hot to enjoy it. Totally pet friendly which we really appreciated.

The furniture was dated, mismatched and somewhat flimsy (leg of coffee table fell off with little promoting), the floors were not level (our suitcase rolled downhill).

The parking was a challenge because an extra large SUV made entry and exists a challenge

it is only a few blocks to walk to the historic district. Since parking is very hard to find and a bit expensive it was great to have it available near the house.

We did not use the back deck as needed to have leaves and sticks brown or swept away. other than that it was very clean.

Villa Mulvey #2 is in a terrific location for exploring historic St. Augustine. We were able to park our car (very clear parking instructions are provided) and walk everywhere during our stay. We booked at the last minute due to an unexpected change of plans, and our communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was spotless and well-provisioned with everything we needed. The property manager was instantly available if needed, but totally unobtrusive. The booklet with information and suggestions for the local area is one of the best I have ever encountered. We would happily stay here again when we return to St. Augustine.
