APARTAMENTO PUERTO RICO- HOME RENt MALAGA

This is a well-appointed and very spacious comfortable apartment in a good location near the sea and near the shops. The owner was delightful and very helpful and communications were excellent.

The apartment was decorated to a very high standard and in a super location only 6 minute walk to beach. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it.

Location and ease of parking (apart from Thursdays)

Loo needs to be replaced and update in the bathroom. Also very few sockets so could do with some plug bars. Beds very hard and single bed very narrow.

no heating and on pictures there is an ac unit on wall, but the owner brought us a heater. no kettle and didn’t use kitchen as it smelled of possibly a flood in house at one time as around house, floors and bottom’s of doors were very shabby and scruffy not somewhere i would like to stay in for my summer holidays.

Location is good Host helpful and efficient although didn’t meet in person , responded quickly to messages Clean

No air con but ceiling fans which had to be switched off at midnight, this would be a problem over the Summer months as the apartment would be too hot Amenities in the apartment ok but small things could be better such as no loo roll , shower drain slow to empty, bathroom didn’t have a fan , n o wine glasses , none of these are a massive problem but would make the stay better Neighbours dog barks a lot !
