Locație spațioasă, cu toate dotările necesare, căldură, parcare gratuită lângă bloc, acces ușor, gazdă foarte amabilă.

Ușa de la intrare se încuie ft greu, ar trebui înlocuită yala.

Zona buna, priveliste frumoasa, centrala proprie, bine dotat in bucatarie

Mobilier vechi pe alocuri distrus, miros de vechi (periculos pentru cei ce sufera de asm). Ceva vietati miscatoare in baie :))
