Central Urban Apartment with Underground Parking

The communication with the owner was very good, prompt, clear. The property is centrally located, 5 minutes by foot from the lower part of the city center. The garage was very useful as well. The property is in a new complex , pleasant esthetics. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable, with all required amenities. Lots of light , quiet area around with birds chirping. The price was quite low , so few minor imperfect things are definitely acceptable.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Locația este in zonă foarte accesibilă, clădirea este securizată cu barieră și are garaj subteran. Camera foarte curată si modernă. Paturile sunt confortabile. Accesul în apartament s-a desfasurat prin self check-in, ceea ce a fost un mare avantaj pentru noi, pentru că am ajuns noaptea târziu. Proprietarul ne-a pregătit în întâmpinare ciocolată, cafea la discreție cu aparat espresor Nespresso, lapte si zahar brun pentru cafea, apă și suc in frigider, ceea ce mi s-a parut un gest foarte frumos și îi mulțumim și pe această cale. Totul a fost excelent. Recomand.

This is a new apartment in the city center. There is free underground parking. You have everything you need in the apartment. For me it is the best options in Targu Mures. I will definitely return.

I can not find any bad points.
