Communication was great. The little things that made it easy, ie, washing up liquid and sponge, a few sachets of milk for the "first coffee".. the information booklet contained all you needed to know.

There was nothing I didn't like... if I had to say anything, the bathroom was a little "tired" (but still clean and that's most important) and it had no lock on the door..
