-We offer Netflix and Amazon Prime. -We have the usual channel apps on the TVs as well (BBC Iplayer etc). -We use Amazon Firesticks and Guest profiles on Netflix which seems to work well. -We have all admin locked down with passwords though as a security precaution so guests can't access our details or anything.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This Apartment with 2 bedroom with large balcony is Excellent with all modern facilities. Kitchen is fully equipped. Waitrose supermarket is 100 met away. Bedrooms are comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms are very clean. Host is vey helpful and very reponsive. Apartment is in very safe and quiet area. We stayed with family for 3 days and we enjoyed lot. Host has taken all care, very nice furnitures. Apartment is extraordinary clean. We Traveled from Middle east and we recommend family to stay in this Apartment.

We don't have any specific comments. 1. Host purchased many items from IKEA. Not good quality. We recommend to buy better one next time. 2. Balcony need to clean, looks guest are not using much. Rearrange balcony furnitutres and remove old one. 3. Please provide informations about how to lock and unlock MAIN DOOR. In UK its different system. I face problem while locking Main door. Then i called my son he guide me how to lock ( Lift Handle upwards and lock ) 4. Little far from City. We need to higher taxi every time going to city centre.

Great apartment. Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished. Huge balcony. Good location.

Needs a cloth drying rack for items that can’t be tumble dried. Dishes in the kitchen are a bit of a mess, as in there seemed to be a lot of some items and not do much of others, could do with a reorganisation just to make it a bit more inviting, and not so overwhelming when opening the cupboards.

"Excellent flat , plenty of space, locked car park and a huge balcony for the better weather."

The convenience of the location to facilities plus easy access to the park areas for walking our dog. Also close to several good pubs in Woolstone and Simpson for drinking and eating.

The fan in the airing cupboard hums. Needs to go off at night.

"Excellent apartment would stay again."

Very convenient location with direct access to shops. Plenty of space, large terrace, comfortable bed and two bathrooms/shower rooms. Very quiet location at night and easy access to parkland for walking our dog.

Nothing particularly. The only thing that we did not like is a constant humming which comes from the building.
