"The name says it all"

Location, Sea View and room comfort. Whilst we expected to be sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view the weather changed and whilst we were restricted inside it was still enjoyable being able to watch the ever changing sea views and street activities below.

Kitchen workspace a bit small. I can understand no need for heating in the summer, on the couple of rare days when we had sunshine the apartment certainly warmed up. But one small radiator is certainly not sufficient to heat an apartment of this size and think it would be well worth the outlay for the owner to invest in some extra heaters for the colder months.
