If you arrive by car, please note that starting from July 1st, 2025, San Gimignano has extended the ZTL restrictions to include guests staying in apartments within the city center. As a result, it is no longer possible to reach the apartment by car, as it is located directly in the Main Square of San Gimignano. The nearest parking areas are P3 and P4, both located 2133 feet from the apartment. If you wish, we can purchase a discounted parking ticket in advance for P3-P4 at a cost of 10 euros per day for our guests.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fabulous location and really attentive host"

Ths location is absolutely amazing, everything literally at your doorstep, the main squares, the famous towers, all restaurants + cafes, shops , all a few minutes walk from the front door. Benedetta, the lovely lady who looked after us was wonderful, answered whatsapps immediately at all hours and went out of her way above + beyond to help with whatever we needed.

The access video for keys etc was very clear and helpful, but getting to the apartment from the main gates on foot with heavy suitcases is not easy even though not too far - some way to help with that upon first arrival would be v helpful. Also a clearer explanation of how the complicated public parking + buying tickets / access cards for them would be very useful - all a maddening puzzle for us non- locals.

Perfect location, loved the terrace in our room, everything else was just simple, clean and comfortable. Plus, the staff are the nicest human beings on earth.

Honestly, there is not one negative thing I can think of. Oh, no washcloths, but I think that's a europe thing as we haven't seen them in any hotels.

"Amazing Tuscan trip"

Everything was perfect! The apartment has very authentic Italian style, kitchen is equipped so well you will feel like home. Location is 10 out of 10 and the host is super welcoming and helpful. Very highly recommended!!

"Wonderful stay, excellent host and perfect location"

The most responsive and helpful host, Benedetta that I have ever come across helping me with local taxis, and bookings in Rome attractions. So helpful and such a wonderful apartment in the heart of the heart rendering San Gimignano which puts you in a wonderland. The apartment is very clean, great to use kitchen and enough space for 4 people with two different bedrooms. The location and view will take your breath away. I will recommend this to all my friends and family who are travelling to Tuscany area to stay here to experience the area and the warm hospitality of the host. Thank you very much.
