Great view of Tuscany hills, friendly host who is very eager to help, very quick answers to questions, their olive oil tastes great and you can ask to buy it. We also had fresh lemon and artichokes provided by the hosts

The location was excellent and only a short walk to the town centre. It was a great location to drive to other villages and enjoy the beauty of southern Tuscany.

We loved everything!

The photos of the property do not do this home justice. The sunsets and views from the porch are incredible. We lived on the porch. Incredibly clean! The hosts met us warmly in traditional Italian style and walked us through the house. Beautiful people. They were always immediately available for any questions. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We travelled with 2 couples and house is quite large. We will certainly stay here again next year and the next and the next!!

Everything about the property was great.

The experience with the hosts was less than satisfactory. I was very late in checking in (9:30pm) the first day as I traveled by car from Trieste airport and I was delayed by 4 hours on the Autostrada due to a major traffic jam between Trieste and Venice. I am visiting from Japan and do not have voice or data roaming on my phone. I had to exit the Autostrada twice to contact the hosts to update on my arrival time. They insisted that I specify exactly what time to arrive despite I explaining several times that I cannot contact unless I am on wifi. After being hassled several times by text, I ended up purchasing 1 day roaming for 21 Euro just to manage the hosts need for regular updates. After arriving, I explained that I was exhausted and did not have the energy to listen to the full rundown of the facility and that I would message the host the next day if I had any questions. The host persisted in spending 15 minutes explaining several things which I could simply not register. They did so kindly but inflexibly. On the morning of checkout, I had to be out by 10am. No late checkout was permitted. Early on the morning of checkout, my 2 nephews (who were staying in a hotel nearby) called around as we weee all departing to Lucca together by car. When the host arrived at 9:30am to ensure checkout, she was particularly angry and accused me of having 2 unregistered guests stay at the property. I explained that this was not true and that she had jumped to an incorrect assumption. We left on our journey, and later I received a message in reply to my thank you message stating ‘seeing your impropriety forget our structure because I was disappointed that this morning 2 undeclared people left our house as only people who stay can enter ...’ . A lovely place but just with a feeling of disappointment with the host. A misunderstanding but jumping to and holding on to false assumptions is not correct.

Lovely place, big, clean, beautiful view. We stayed over Easter, it was chilly outside but ot was very good heating inside - warm and cosy. House looks exactly liike pictures. We had bicykles and car with us so we needed a place with enough space outside - there was big parking place in front so it was great Lety and Carla were great hosts, they were sharing care of us. All was wonderful.

Great location with beautiful terrace views. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Very accommodating to requests.

It was in a beautiful, quiet location, was super clean and kitted out to all my needs. The balcony/terrace in the morning was perfect for a coffee (if I drank coffee).

We loved everything and it was better than we could imagine! It was so peaceful and well kept - the sunset from the balcony was incredible.
