The host, Filippo, provided a personal service. He was very friendly, attentive, and organized. He contacted us in advance with a wealth of information about how to get to the property, how to find the keys, where to park the car, and good restaurants and places to visit in the area. He stayed in contact with us during our stay and made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

Convenient location, close to Tuscan attractions. The owner is constantly in touch and ready to help. All details regarding accommodation are written on signs in the apartment. Big apartments. Nice pub 3 minutes walk.

The apartments are old, renovations were done a long time ago, but this is compensated by cleanliness. Dark apartment with cold tiles on the floor. The kitchen has a gas stove with a cylinder, which I consider not very safe for me personally, although the owner claims that all safety measures have been taken into account. The kitchen is small, there is no microwave or electric kettle. The sofa that is comfortable in the advertising photo, but in the other room there is a large mattress with springs and jumps when you want to turn around, not comfortable at all. There is a problem with sockets to connect to the network.

Everything was great and we loved the stay . 2 suggestion to Filippo 1. it would be great if you install a shower curtain because it’s highly possible that water can fell on to the floor while bathing 2. please keep a better shower head !
