the location and the people at the reception where very good.

the couch and the rugs in the living room and bedroom were filthy, stained and very smelly, like urine. There was only one shower towel and one floor towel. No hands towel. My stay was for $271 Chilean pesos. The maid asked me for $350 Chilean pesos in cash without a receipt. I sent her away and I called the administrator and worked with her directly.
