Pool needs a little work / lift is very slow and stuffy

Nice apartment and great balcony views. Mr. Benoit communicated well and checked us in early. Staff were very friendly at condo. Good air-conditioning and shower. Would stay here again.

Nice clean condo, with a nice view, good pool, gym and sauna. The condo building is quiet and the location is great as well.

The check in process is cumbersome with demanding you to go to a non click able link and fill in a lot of information including declaration of the time you will arrive days ahead and sign the statement you would arrive on that time. Beside the fact for traveller's who don't have the exact time of arrival upfront this is not possible and the process you have to fill in a lot of info online and being obliged to sign you will be there on at that time, is not so customer friendly. As with all other bookings providing a contact number and agreeing on the arrival time by chat or phone should be sufficient. It is understood why this is in place, but still many travelers book something online and all details were already filled in during the booking, so beside agreeing on arrival time no more handling should be required. . The check out time which was set fixed but the person after one hour still had not arrived, so if you have to catch transportation or flight you would be late.. This can happen, but requiring you to fill in a lot of information and signing that you have to be there on that hour but then not being there yourself is one sided. Sending a passport copy shall be only for the purpose to register with immigration which is a requirement in Thailand, not for personal record keeping. All by all I will definitely go back there and do recommend this place, if only the procedure would be more customer friendly it would leave a better overall experience and be rated a 10.

they message you through booking.com a lot. disappointing. room was not cleaned, there were other guests belongings inside the drawer.

Lifts took too long at times but it's not in the hands of the owners. So I will pass it
