Спасибо Жан Поль за прекрасную встречу и сервис! Хорошее расположение рядом с пляжем. Большое кондо, шикарный балкон. Чисто, есть дополнительные полотенца и сменное постельное бельё. На первом этаже магазин и прачечная. Хороший бассейн. Прекрасный вид. Советую всем кто любит пляж Донгтан. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Прекрасный вид на Ко Лан.

"A great place for a long stay."

The condo is located between the beach and a main road. It was easy to walk to the beach or to the main road to pick up a Baht Bus. Noise from the road is not a problem. There is a small supermarket downstairs and a very good supermarket near the bus station. The bus station from Suvarnabuhmi Airport is within walking distace. There are great coffee shops and a large choice of cafes and nightmarkets nearby or on the baht bus route. It is a short baht bus ride over the hill to Pattays for even more options. Jomtien Beach seems to be more family orientated and the area feels very safe. The owner lives nearby and can be contacted if there is a problem.

Jean Paul, the French owner, was most friendly and very efficient in organising our rooms. We arranged two separate rooms from him. The location is perfect on Dongtan Beach, and near the many restaurants and bars. The building has a very large and nice pool. For more reasonably priced accommodation in Jean Paul’s rooms in View Talay 5C is an ideal place to stay.

While one of our two rooms had a good ceiling fan the other room we booked from same owner did not with a poor quality floor fan which was not very effective to use instead of the air conditioner. Both of the rooms did have air conditioners.
