Mainly its location and that it had two bathrooms.

There was a bad sewerage smell in the en-suite bathroom which was quite unpleasant. The mattress in the Master room was not firm and sank at certain spots and the bed was creaky. The fans were dusty and dirty. On our last night which was New Year’s Eve the apartment next 11-07 had loud music the whole night through to the morning. Woke us up at various times.

Clear instruction to check in check out and what you need to do / know

The furnitures started to age and some of the replacement furniture looks not so align with the apartment . So this creates the impression of an old and lower range of apartment.

Location is good

Cleanliness can be improved, especially the toilets and it would be nice if they install hooks to hang towels. Definitely need maintenance.

"Good for family stay, spacious with apartment pool facilities."

Location is very convenient, especially walking distance/next to a mall. Owner nice & accommodative, allowed us to check in early as we have lunch & travel plans to meet our friends in PJ & KL. Apartment security is good, safe stay.

Our expectations are never a Hotel Standard, so when even the bedsheet is slightly old, discolour & very crumble, we are perfectly fine with the bedding as it is clean, tidy & comfortable. If only the pillows are more fluffy & comfortable, it would be perfect. The pillows are far too old or flat. Lucky only the 2 of us, so we took over the other 2 same old & flatten pillows from the 2nd bedroom to add on. A small tiny roll of toilet paper was given in the master bedroom toilet. We ended up going over to the mall to pick up some tissue papers & toilet papers for use.

"Overall, very pleased with the venue"

Location was ideal - easy to get to and above Paradigm Mall which had plenty of food options. Also great view.

Would have liked having two access keys for the lift so that my colleague and I would be able to get in and out without having to coordinate our comings and goings each day
