"Disappointing"

Location next to mall. Easy self check in.

Very disgusting smell in bathrooms, getting stronger during night time, not usable. Ended up all share the same one bathroom with less smell. All drainage holes not closed when check-in, we had to close them ourselves. Apartment common facilities very minimum, some (Jacuzzi) are closed (under maintenance). NO Sauna (but claimed available in ads, facility list). Towels/bedsheets/covers of previous tenant, not cleared (still inside the dryer) when check in. Owner expecting tenant to clear it for owner/cleaner ??? Kitchen not well equipped, no microwave or oven. Cups just 2-3 pieces, small/odd sizes.
