Das Studio ist gut eingerichtet. WLAN funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut und Alex ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und bereit zu helfen.

Wir haben eine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung erwartet. Da jedoch die Bilder und die Beschreibung irreführend waren, wussten wir nicht, dass es sich tatsächlich um eine Einzimmerwohnung bzw. ein Studio handelt. Für uns als Familie war das alles andere als ideal, da das Schlafsofa extrem unbequem war. Das Bett ist zu klein, um drauf 3 Personen zu schlafen. Außerdem roch es sofort nach Schimmel oder Kanalisation, sobald die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet war. Ich weiß nicht, ob es an den Filtern lag, aber mein Mann wurde nach drei Tagen krank (Halsschmerzen und Schnupfen). Alex hat uns zwar noch zwei zusätzliche Decken für das Sofa gebracht, was es etwas bequemer gemacht hat, aber den Geruch konnten wir leider nicht ertragen und haben die Klimaanlage deshalb nur noch selten benutzt.

The apartments are located in the center, not far from the beach. It was quiet and calm. The apartment has everything you need. Washing machine, refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave.

A small nuance. The towels were old and the bed linen was dirty, they corrected the situation and washed it.

The apartment was in a convenient location, near to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. It was good for a couple.

It could be a bit noisy at night, particularly at the weekend.

Nothing

Nicely renovated modern themed one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Very comfortable unit with good a/c and wifi. A bonus was the washing machine. In Pineda near the beach (other than on the beach) is all resident only parking but being near the A11 meant I found parking just over the road. The unit has shutters which provides some extra privacy from the plaza. Comfortable bed. Felt at home. Good security on the doors.

There is a new building under construction so there was occasionally some daytime noise. The plaza can also be busy at night but not really a problem. The street numbers are a bit random so 10 is almost adjacent to but on the other side of the road to the tourist information Centre in the plaza.

Spacy appartments, perfect for families and well equipped inside. Appartments located in quite place. Shopping centres are in 5 min walking distance. It will take about 7 minutes to go to the beach, but there are no hills and it's not difficult. Appartments owner is very responsible and nice person that is ready to help with any problem.

WiFi is weak when appartments are full.

The property was perfectly located. Just a quick 5-min walk to the main street and about 10 minutes to the beach. The apartment had everything needed and in good working condition. We specially appreciated the washing machine after a beach day. There were umbrellas ready for us to take with us to the beach as well, which was very handy. Alex, the host, was really friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

The host have good behaviour. He was kind and polite. The location is central. All facilities mentioned were present there.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and main square.

Our apartment was at the back so it didn't over look the square, but it was very quiet.
